THE ELDEST BROTHER OF THE NAIVAS OWNERS GIVEN 45 DAYS TO APPEAL OVER ONGOING OWNERSHIP DISPUTE.

 

Mr. Newton Kagiri Mukuha the eldest of the brothers who own Naivas Supermarket has been ordered by court to appeal his case against a court ruling that locked him out of his father’s multi-billion business share in 2014.The Court of appeal told Mr. Kagiri, his 2014 appeal would be dismissed if he does not object the decision in 45 days.

However, his younger brother Simon Gashwe Mukuha urged the judges to dismiss the appeal insisting that his elder brother had not challenged the ruling like he said he would since November 2014.
